Directions for PhD Woman Exercise Support:

Add one scoop (30g) to 250ml of cold water and shake or blend for 5-10 minutes. 

PhD woman recommend using up to two servings of Support and Recovery daily. Ideal times to use Support and Recovery are:   90 minutes prior to exercise, to support nutritional requirements.
Immediately after exercise, to aid with recovery.


On days when you do not exercise, use one serving during the day, at any stage between meals.
